Breakfast was great and customer service is exceptional! The room is really clean and the beds are comfy. The location is perfect as it is close to everything we need for family.

I have nothing to complain about for this company.

River Walk Inn has a lot of attention to detail: a light strip above the bed for nighttime reading, extremely clean rooms, a bathroom faucet that lights up at night, ceramic mugs for in-room coffee, a sitting areas by windows and a beautiful seating area outside near the river. My daughter and I also loved the little reading nook under the stairs. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely come here the next time we're in Pagosa - it's everything you want in a hotel. Clean, comfortable, friendly and nicely located.

Nice location, riverside with its own fishing pier. Very clean.

It’s a family run hotel, and the staff, at least one of whom was part of the family, was very helpful and friendly. This is rare to find these days. I also like that it backed up to a little park on the estuary at the river. A very nice place to take a walk.

I didn’t sleep well for some reason and it might’ve been the mattress. It was rather squeaky every time I got out of bed and it won’t my sister up I think.
