fruit was not fresh, wafer machine not working

The bed was not clean, there were dirty pillow case under the bed sheet. The toilet bowel was cracked, and very noise in the night. Checking very long

Me gustó el servicio , ya tengo tiempo hospedándome en este hotel, y la gente que estaba antes súper mala atención, como no hablo bien inglés me ignoraba en lo que le preguntaba , ahora que volvió me agradó la atención de esta administración y más que nada porque ya ofrecen desayuno y la atención y el hotel cambió mucho a la antigua administración

The rooms were clean, staff not very personable , breakfast was ok , used the pool it was great in this heat, Overall, for us this hotel was ok for one night.

I had a $10.00 extra charge on my card for a towel missing so, WARNING make sure you count the towels upon arrival !! Never would I take a towel from a DAMN hotel !!! We, visit San Antonio quite often and stayed @ this hotel a couple of times before never again.

Location was perfect, comfortable beds.

The mini fridge was not clean, & some pillow cases were dirty we had to throw them to the side. We forgot one of our own pillow cases, I called & the lady was rude saying I’ll have to check & call you back without even getting information on what room (meaning she wouldn’t call back or check)

I like that the rooms aren’t connected to the hotel where I have to go through the hotel to get to the rooms. There was a pool although we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it and the location was perfect!

The air/heat was sending a smell of urine.
