it was very convenient o where we celebrated New Year’s Eve. staff was helpful and fixed a problem Booking had created.

Booking had sent us an email saying we needed to upgrade for a private bathroom. staff at the hotel had no clue why Booking did that. They quickly gave us a credit for Booking’s odd mistake.

Clean, cost effective and quick easy access to San Francisco

Checking in lady was a bit grumpy, but all other staff were friendly and helpful.

Not much

Inside bathroom sink and shower in need of badly needed repair. Sink facet loose and not very clean sink. Shower water didn't go down. it seemed it was clauged. Debris from repairs was left outside in multiple areas of the hotel. Trash bins full of trash outside the hotel. We had to leave our trash inside our room instead. Not enough trash cans.

Jeff is EXCELLENT at front desk….best customer service agent around!! Staff is good….rooms clean….great Indian restaurant on site! Very accommodating hotel w/any requests I had:):)

Room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The hot water was instantaneous. The view was beautiful.

We had to try to figure out how to use the cable TV. It took a good 15 minutes before we could get it to work. It should have been set up so that when you press 'ON', you're presented with the channel listing

I had a place to stay, my note here is you get WAY LESS than you paid for. Would have been better off camping.

So many things: EXTREMELY FILTHY Carpets, LAMPS FALLING APART, Sockets which PLUGS fall out of, TOO much LIGHT entering room, Horrid smell of BURNT COFFEE in the morning. Continental breakfast was packaged muffins and cinnamon rolls. No juice, milk, or other options, Coffee only.

No microwave, no frig, got me a coffee maker that works
