Everything was great about the hotel I just expected and little bit more cleanliness from inside the rooms.

It looked like my room was half way cleaned, bathroom could have been wiped down more and carpet felt a little sticky.

Hotel isn't very clean. Smells of mildew all through hotel bedding wasn't clean at all.

Rooms were to little. Bathroom and shower about the size of a closet. Door to bathroom didn't close all the way. Bed was hard.

the management lacks any customer service skills as well as adding additional deposits for b.s. I was charged a 40 deposit then they said no it had to be a 100 dollar deposit then when I paid cash the next day they wanted another 100 deposit

Elevator broken, dirty, out of Breakfast and Coffee at 9am. Horrible stay! Super expensive! prices were triple due to Taylor Swift concert! 1 star hotel at best

The AC/heater was completely broken and the desk attendant said they couldn’t look at it until the next day, which we were checking out the next day.

I liked the price of the place, however it was definitely for a reason.

The lack of attention and care for the non- smoking rule. The cleaning lady leaving her hair on the beds she made up. The unprofessionalism at times from the staff regarding numerous complaints. The breakfast area was dirty and not cleaned up. The waffle mix was poorly mixed and trash was everywhere. The issue also was that the owners and or workers there had their own children playing around in the lobby and or behind the work counter.

The bathroom door lock was torn off. The breakfast was pretty much nonexistent. We walked in to check in and the smell of marajuna was overwhelming.

-Smelled like weed or smoke everywhere -No ice machine on the 3rd floor and had to go down to the main floor -Language barrier at front desk -Parking is not the greatest/safest -Location has a lot of construction right now

We reserved two rooms, all bedding was stained. Carpets were also stained, it smells dirty, there were roaches on the roof of our room, shower and toilet were also stained, heating not working, Not recommended.
