Breakfast was good-tasty, sufficient with enough choices. There was coffee and tea available 24/7.

Pool area seemed to be clean.

I was absolutely taken back by the manager and how she handled a sitatuion. A staff member gave me incorrect information on canceling a night the moment I checked in and then when I went to check out, I was charged an extra $85 for that individuals bad knowledge and advice on what to do to cancel the night. Bad training and info is unacceptable when there is only one staff member dealing with customers.

Very minimal & crowded. Why no trays to take food back to room? Very small coffee cups & coffee was lukewarm.

it was just a ‘stop off’ on the way to Chicago to break a long drive, but, the room was clean, large, and comfortable. there were laundry facilities on our floor so we caught up on 2 weeks worth travelling before moving on to Chicago and then Canada. .There’s a pool and gym. Some excellent steak restaurants only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good

Room was very clean. Convenient loct.

Price point for location and quality of hotel was very misaligned. Elevator smelled and was quite worn. I won't book to stay there again.

I received a call a few hours before heading out that the pool pump was out of order. We were really looking forward to the pool but appreciated the heads up.

I didn't partake of the breakfast, but the hotel stay was superb. My King bed was so comfortable that I slept better than at home.

A hot tub in the facility would have been a plus, but the lack of one was not a deal breaker.

Room was okay but the pool was closed and that's why we booked we booked here. Grandchildren were dissapointed because they could not swim.

The pool was closed. Booked the room at this location so the grandkids could swim. Huge let down. Will never come back.
