Hotel is OLD!! Really old! Carpet looks disgusting, curtains, beds and armchairs , even the bed linen is old and worn!!! The cost of hotel must be around 70-80$ !! Not begining from 149$ i wasn’t expecting hilton chain in that kind of situation!! NOT RECOMMENDED

Clean and easily accessible from the highway

Too little parking and/or appropriate parking for vehicle type. Unable to reach property staff by phone and 800 number staffer had language barrier and trouble understanding simple question/request. Also, she was unable to reach desk staff at property and “left them a message”.

Convenient location. Quick check in.

Carpet was dirty and stained. Bed seemed old and not as comfortable as the bed in my stay a couple weeks earlier. TV was small and old compared to more updated hotels. The room and hallways had dirty, dated carpet.

The staff was really friendly. It was in a good location off 95. The price was reasonable.

The hotel was very run down. The toilet handle was broken in our room. There were holes in the walls and damage to other areas. The sheets were clean but ripped.

The kitchen was very unorganized so I can’t say that I liked anything.

More staff and better management

I was very impressed with the staff. So friendly and helpful. We booked a room with a king bed and then needed another bed for our granddaughter. The front desk person upgraded us at no charge! That was very kind and not expected!

The room was available when I arrived.

The room was not cleaned well, dust was everywhere, lighting was dim in room, floors were dirty and had multiple spills in the hallways and elevator, and bad lighting on the road to hotel. When I arrived the wait time to check-in took almost a hour. For the price I paid the service I received could have been so much better.

Avoid this hotel. Our truck, along with 14 other vehicles were broken into in the hotel parking lot. The front passenger side window was smashed. The perp did the same to the other vehicles. Management could have cared less. They refused to give us a refund. This was not the first time this had happended either. See the photo below of the cop dusting our vehicle for prints. 15 vehicles were hit in total. 15!!!

It was terrible The carpet was shredded from a pet Hot tub and pool were down/closed even tho I called to confirm it was in working order The food was expensive They left NO toilet paper at all I went to buy drinks with cash and they refused and made me use my card bc they didn’t go to the bank to give me change

the pool was closed the carpet was tatted and torn the cover over the furnace fell off the wall When the heat came on. so glad it just missed hitting my son.

The staff and service was wonderful., polite helpful. Nice clean big room. Hotel was very appealing. Would definitely stay again.

I would've given a 10 but I told staff more than once that we didn't have a keurig coffee machine in our room. We never received one. But that was my only complaint

cleanliness of the rooms

The location for going fishing in Weldon is convenient. Bed was comfortable and staff was very friendly.

We stayed at this hotel 8 years ago and I thought it was new. This time I noticed it has taken on some wear and tear. lots of window seal failures, room had dated finishes from the 90’s like golden color curtains and dated bathroom.

we got to our room it was very clean. Went down to the restaurant for a bite to eat and some cold adult beverages which was a bonus. we got back to our room and noticed the heat was not working so I got on the elevator and ran into the Maintenace man and told him about our problem he went right to our room to check it out. the fan on the unit was bad he contacted the front desk and they contacted an someone from home to replace it. He was at our room and the two of them repaired it quickly. the hotel was book up so they did not have any other rooms available I though it was great customer service. the hotel was very quite and comfortable I will book this hotel again.

The sound carried from the room next door. I heard voices and even snoring during the night.
