Quiet place

None .very relaxing .

Location was walking distance to concert

Total dive. Hotel phone didn’t even have buttons or ability to dial out. Fridge was wide open and had water all over floor. Wholes in ceiling were filled with toilet paper. Felt so gross I checked for bed bugs

Ann the host was very pleasant and greeted us with a lot of kindness. It is not at all what was depicted on the previous reviews. Location was perfect for us since we had a concert in downtown Ventura.

It is represented by the low price paid; room was clean and shower had good pressure and hot water. Mattress was very uncomfortable (springy and hard) but other than that, parking was free and it was a good stay.

Quick check in and the beds are comfortable . The owners are acceptably nice!

Un lugar de paso 3 estrellas o 2, los encargados son racistas sin temor.lo digo son del medio oriente y ven a los latinos mal y si no hablas inglés o su idioma son cortantes que las houskepeen no admiren mascotas si el cliente paga, ,no son accesibles para nada mala experiencia no permiten mascotas y no importo que tan lejano y la hora que llegamos me dijeron que cancelara la reserva con y me dejo parada en la entrada y no dejaba que me interpretarán lo que yo necesitaba decirles, solo lo que ella decía y necesitaba mi cuarto que reserve 3 semanas antes ya no contaba con el dinero para agarrar con un precio diferente el lugar y sin conocer el area. . 😔

The location

the room smelled when AC was off the bathroom was missing a screen on the window and the shower pressure was terrible. The chairs in the room were old and unstable was disappointed because we stayed a few years ago and it was fine. And we could see the beach from our room this time new apartments were built so no beach view

The place was a dump

Absolutely nothing.

1. The owner was rude and refused to allow me to check in at 12pm vs. 3pm when I had reservations for 3 days while a walk in payed and checked in while i waited. 2. A 40 deposit for a 2nd room key ?? 3. The springs protruding from the beds hurt our backs. 4. Everything had an old, stale odor to it 5. Black mold in the restroom
