Beds were great. The balcony .Staff was nice but not very helpful.

The balcony was really nice however the door would not lock, the room and hallways were filthy!!! Like the walls were gross and sticky. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days . The hallways and stairwells were filthy. We asked for some towels and never received them. Looks likely they are remodeling so maybe when all that is done it will be better. There was old matresas on the grounder under our balcony.

They had carpet in the rooms. The room itself was old and the tub stained. The"hot" breakfast and all the food shown in the pictures, wasn't there. They had cereal , that's it. The indoor pool was closed for renovations. The lobby closed in the evening and if you had an issue they had a phone number to call. The two things we went there for was the the hot breakfast and indoor pool. Neither of which they had. Very disappointed.

Dirty rude service had to wait for clean room. Then it wasn’t even clean. Pool was filthy!!! Juice machine didn’t work for breakfast.

We stayed in a jetted room and it was a large tub. The room was huge. The mini fridge was large as well. The location was close to the main drag but not so close that you have to deal the traffic.

There was a lot of damage in the room. Light fixtures were falling off the wall and ceiling. The hot tub in the room was dirty. The two pools were gross. The outside pool was full of algae and scum. The inside pool was murky and shallow. There was no grass anywhere for are dog. I found candy under the bed at check in.

The room was gross, hadn’t been mopped or throughly clean from previous guests; and there was hair and dried, sticky dirt all over the bathroom floor. The casing around the air unit was busted and there was a hole in the wall letting in heat and bugs. You had to ask multiple times for things like clean towels and the trash removed. Some things we asked for, like the floor to be swept because of all the bugs that came in and died due to the gaping hole in the wall, we never received. Every morning they “ran out” of a different breakfast item. One morning it was milk, the next it was muffins, then it was eggs. The pools were disgustingly nasty, like the rest of the place. Trash was on the sidewalk. I understand this wasn’t an expensive five-star hotel, but they could at least clean between guests and fix the holes in the wall!!

Good location , near good restaurants and amenities.

It was no microwave to eat our food, very inconvenient...have to throwaway leftover food. Also, there are no 🛋 couches. We have to sit on the bed or high wood chair ...to uncomfortable...

it is a strange layout, a maze of stairs and locked doors, we didn’t have the key pad code to enter doors and you have to walk outside a really long ways to get to lobby ( in the rain) for breakfast or ice

the floors were not cleaned, everything I walked bear foot I had to rinse my feet because they were so much dirt on them. other wise I enjoyed our stay. thank you

I can't say anything bad about the hotel other than the rooms could use some updating. Everything was very nice.
