It was in a good location

It was expensive and dirty. The bathroom was disgusting and the inside of the mini fridge needs cleaning. We lost power and they had no backup generators. It got very warm without AC.

The staff was friendly enough

We were trying to escape a killer hurricane hitting on the west coast, so in a pinch this worked. I went to take a shower and turned on the water, it ran out brown for the first few mins, yuck! I paid for 2 rooms, we had 4 people in one room and 3 in the other. We were given 2 bath towels per room. Called down 3 times for more towels and never got any. The best I can say is it wasn’t filthy and we didn’t bring home bed bugs.

Room was filthy Carpet hadn't been cleaned in God knows when. We wouldn't walk without shoes on. Non-smoking room but linens had burn holes. Our small dog found all sorts of trash under the furniture. Was promised 1st floor morning of check-in, then not available when arrived. We were evacuating from Hurricane and no choice

SUPER UNCLEAN!!! Gross!!! very VERY GROSS!

There were stains (blood) on the sheets and blankets, the door handle was jiggling like it has been broken into before, there were suspicious individuals hanging out in the back parking lot with loud music playing from there vehicles. All around the worst and scariest experience at a hotel that I have had.

It was close to major highways.

The front desk staff could have been a little more accommodating and friendly (it wouldn't hurt to smile as you greet guest). The lighting in the room was dim. The air conditioner was not blowing out cold air. The carpet looked dirty. The comforter had cigarette holes. No garbage bags in garbage cans. The room smelled moldy. The walkways were filthy.
