Convenient location, close to family we came to visit. Easy to access and appreciated the lower floor (we’re seniors). Comfortable bed and good breakfast!

It was a little “worn” and needs some sprucing up? We stayed three nights, the second day I had to ask housekeeping for extra washcloths as we only had two, with three towels for a three day stay. The third day we put the tag on the door asking for the room to be made up; we saw the cart at the other end of the hall most of the day but it never got close to our room. We came back late afternoon/early evening to find new towels, but only ONE of the two overflowing trash cans had been emptied, and the bed wasn’t made either. Kleenex box was empty on first day and thought it would be replaced but wasn’t—we brought in our own from the car; used up OURS (our allergies acted up in Vegas!) and left the box as a statement. We paid over $570 for 3 nights so we didn’t think making the bed once or giving us a box of Kleenex was asking too much!

Would have been nice to have our room vacuumed and the shower / sink cleaned. Housekeeping consisted of making the bed and new towels, neither of which is necessary. After a week the bath, sink and floor were filthy. Also, one of the front desk guys was rude. The other two were very nice.

It was clean and we felt safe. Good upkeep and room was good. Heater/AC was quiet. Breakfast area was always kept stocked and clean.

Coffee machine in main breakfast area broke down.
