Staff were rude, incorrect phone number on booking.com for the transfer, had to do an uber and they did not respond to message requests about the transfer

Sehr sauberes Hotel in Flughafennähe. Bequemes Bett und großes Zimmer. Gute amenities von Dove. Sehr netter Shuttlefahrer.

Personal könnte freundlicher sein war aber hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hätte etwas besser riechen können, es war sehr sauber roch aber etwas wie lange unbenutzt. Die Spalte unter den Zimmertüren waren sehr groß.

New and pretty nice. Staff was friendly.

Next to a train track so sometimes loud. Rooms were small.

It was a pleasant surprise to see an almost full kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and full sized fridge. I could see myself staying long term at this location if I needed to.

The website states there is no free shuttle so we ended up paying $60 for a shuttle to the hotel, only to learn there is a shuttle. The staff are not super friendly (not rude, but not exactly welcoming). And the room had a old-man smell to it.

You may not get all the amenities of a big hotel such as a big bar lobby, etc. However, the room is spacious and is sparkling clean. It costs 1/3 of a stay at the Hyatt. If you are going to be using it for sleeping, it's more than does the job.

Front staff can be a little more friendly

Great location. Safe and fun place to watch planes. Would recommend staying here even if its just for the night. Wasn't a questionable area. Hotel was clean. Gym had many machine options. 2 entrances into the building (front and rear). Didn't know that prior to stay.

I waited for the shuttle for over an hour and they never showed up. I. Called three times today and every time they said they were coming but no show. I have Parkinson’s and difficulty walking so it was very difficult

The manager at check in (I believe was Mike Patel?) Was fantastic. Very friendly and informative. Very clean hotel.

A pool would be great and real cream for the coffee

Very large and nice room. clean. very nice reception employees. Free ride from/to airport was wonderful. (runs the 24 hours!) The drivers were kind and efficient. The best thing about this hotel were the shuttle drivers.

The hall smelled stale and dated. This wasn't about Cleanliness this is about an update being made. The room was a total shift from the drab halls.

I liked the location and the shuttle service. I wish I remembered the name of the lady working because she was absolutely amazing. There was an issue with booking.com and securing my reservation and she was so kind and patient and she was able to get our room back. My daughter and I are SO SO thankful for her going above band beyond for us on an already stressful trip. Our the shuttle driver was also amazing. He called to verify where to pick up and he was so kind on the drive both to and from the airport.

Booking.com not telling me there was an issue with the card (after getting a confirmation email) and almost loosing our reservation.
