The staff seemed to want to help.

The brown spots on the bed they said was rust. The big one was the mold that still has me sick 2 days after leaving. I thought it would be fine but the mold in the room ended up making everyone sick. We tried changing rooms but all 7 rooms we tried also had alot of mold in them. We asked for a partial refund but the owner got mad and wouldn't give us anything. We ended up paying for a different hotel because we couldnt go any longer in this one.

We booked a king bed suite with a fold out couch handicapped accessible room for 3 people (2 of which are handcipapped) and 2 dogs (1 of which is 13 years old, and basically handicapped). We get to the room, and there is only a chair, not a couch but we assumed it would fold out. We unload the car, hang up our clothes, etc. then find out the chair does not fold out. The manager came by and told us that we were not in the room with the couch, because we are in the accessible room, there is not room for a couch. Well that is what we booked, and that is how they have it on their website. He talked to my husband, and convinced him to just move us to the room next door, which was not accessible all without speaking with me. Old dog said she was not moving until the next morning, so all of the things my husband had moved to the other room had to be moved back, he had to go get our room key back, and only when we ask about a roll away bed did they remember they had them. Then the manager tells us that he will not charge for the roll away bed (you better believe you are not charging). Also, the room is inconveniently placed by the pool with no handicapped parking right in front of it, so we had to park further from the room than we should have. The bed is too high for handicapped people, the tub is too high for handicapped people to get in, there was no coffee maker, there was no breakfast (just juice and coffee), and a $10.00 charge for the third person that no one bothered to make us aware of. We paid almost $200.00 for the worst and most expensive hotel stay of our 2 week vacation. Terrible!

Lobby and public space is well done and immaculate . No breakfast , no problem, has a pool open and clean. Front desk reception Jennifer , Wendy and Wendy & Jeff are exceptional. Housekeepers are helpful , friendly . Best towels , quality and plentiful daily.

Refresh needed on washer dryer to card operated . Vending machines snd ATM are relics. Easy things I’m sure they will do when finished renovation . Phones looking tired, mine not working . But all this is what I would do . Amazing what technology in all things , does for your brand . Buying good washer dryer would reduce complaints , and pay for themselves .
