breakfast was cheap glazed donuts, and the cable was strange.

Easy access from the road as well as to our room.

I couldn't get used to the real door keys instead of key cards. I kept checking to see if the door was locked when I closed it.

Affordable, basic clean room.

The indoor pool and hot tub were NOT OPEN, and will be closed till March ? One of the reasons we booked this hotel was for the indoor pool. It was very disappointing this wasn’t advertised until we got there. Also we were charged extra the day after we checked in for our dogs….when we checked in the night before the lady never said there were any extra charges for dogs…she even knew we had them because we talked about what breed they were and we stayed in a “dog friendly” room, which the carpet was tore up by the door and by the bathroom. We should have been charged at the time of check in, if there was an extra charge, not the day after.

The staff was very kind & helpful. They are actually pet(s) friendly unlike most places that only allow (1) pet, decent sized ( not fenced ) area for our pups! The water pressure was wonderful. Prices are reasonable and affordable! Check in/ out was easy peasy. Need more towels or toilet paper ? they’re on it!

The night staff was very friendly and helpful.

The carpets everywhere were absolutely filthy. Breakfast was bare minimum and the bathtub was dirty. It worked for a last minute late overnight find but won't stay again.

I like that it had a ramp to the 2nd floor. The tub color reminded me of the refrigerator we had when I was a kid. Room was clean.

Breakfast was minimal. All prepackaged sweets and bagels. We got there at the end of their breakfast time, no coffee or juice left.

Great location. Two restaurants right across the street you can walk to. Front desk staff was very fast and friendly at check in. Hallways and stairwell were clean and looked nice. Water pressure was very strong.

Extremely dated inside the room. Carpet and blankets in the room I had appeared to have several cigarette burns on them although I stayed in a non-smoking room. Toilet seat was pretty gross, not because it wasn’t cleaned, but because it was so old it was covered in stains and peeling. Shower curtain was covered in water stains. No stairs and was located on the third floor. No fridge in the room. No full length mirror or plastic laundry bag to use. Actual keys were used to gain entry to building, but the door kept catching and I had to literally yank it to get it open and almost fell over backwards in doing so. I paid just under 90.00 for one night. For that price I wouldn’t stay here again, certainly not worth it. This is more like a 50.00 a night stay. Check out is 11. Went to the desk to turn in the keys and it was closed. No dropbox available to leave them in, had to put them in an envelope from my car and leave them outside the door.

No fridge or microwave in room. Bathroom very outdated. Water pressure in shower was very weak.
