It was a nice looking hotel and the location was close to many shops and restaurants.

My daughter is a double amputee in a wheelchair and the “automated” entrance door to enter the hotel was broken and very heavy and cumbersome to open. Then in the middle of our second night there, we suddenly heard gushing water in the bathroom and when I ran to see, it was coming from the ceiling. I imagine that it was a bathroom on the 2nd floor. I called the front desk as the water was now all over the floor heading towards the rug in the hallway and bedroom. The guy at the front desk showed up about 30 minutes later, by then the water had stopped, but he saw that it was still dripping. He said that there was nothing that he could do, he couldn’t even offer us a different room as they were fully booked. I asked if they could at least mop up the water since my daughter was in a electric wheelchair that couldn’t get wet. He said that he was the only one there, so I asked if he could at least bring me towels or something so that I could mop the water up my self, he said yes. He never came back, I had to use the towels the were in the bathroom when we arrived and spent about an hour drying up the floor myself. It was a horrible night and the next day, I didn’t even get a “we’re sorry”, no offer of compensation, or any acknowledgment of what transpired the night before at all. We will never go back and I will let anyone that needs a “wheelchair accessible” location to stay away from here.

Second time I've stayed there. Good breakfast, comfortable room, clean, relaxing. I'd stay here again

The location was superb. The refreshing pool was very clean/. The room was spacious and yet very cozy

The double (pending) charges were not explained to my undestanding.

Two guys checked me in on the front desk later at night, they were excellent! Very friendly and helpful.

It’s a little dated, the breakfast room and breakfast wasn’t great, couldn’t get the treadmill to work on the gym which is very small.
