On the boardwalk, pool, patio and bars. Windows in room opened for fresh air.

The rooms are old, sheets were stained, carpet was stained and wallpaper was peeling. There were gaps in the doors from the frame. Not worth the price I paid.

Very comfortable bed. Bathroom and bedroom was very clean. Lobby and elevator clean. Friendly staff. Excellent location. Right on boardwalk, steps to the beach. Could hear ocean waves from bedroom with windows open. Walking distance to many restaurants and things to do, bike rentals, amusements, boat excursions. Nice porch with comfortable couches and rocking chairs. Staff went out of their way to help with anything we asked for, constantly cleaning, even the parking garage area. Very pleasant. We looked forward to just relaxing on their porch overlooking the ocean or sitting in the rockers, watching the crowds go by every morning and before bed.

. Room was small, but not terrible, worked for all the items we brought in. We went in early October, restaurant, pool bar and hot tubs closed.

The room itself was clean but not so much everywhere else in the facility. Stayed in room 555 and could see the bay out our window. Liked the free coffee station. Liked the location

One elevator was out of service the whole trip. The entire place had a smell of marajuana . Parking on premises was very tight and overflow parking was quite a distance away. Fire alarm went off with overhead telling everyone to evacuate but nobody guiding anyone or making sure people could get out… Staff was not friendly or helpful Advised staff that our tv was buffering and that we could not watch tv. We were told, “I don’t know “

Easy access and the pool

Both elevators were down. Smell of weed every day from employees smoking outside our window

Liked the pool, bar and live music

Very unclean, beds needed sheets changed upon arrival because they were all stained and blankets looked like they never were washed, extremely small room, could barely fit in the toilet because it was so close to the tub, not enough pillows, when they did bring them, they smelled like dead animals, feet stuck to the floor, broken ac, broken elevator which made it difficult to get luggage trolley in to where it needed to go, 2 of 3 hot tubs were unworking, had to track down people to get toilet paper, just overall bad experience .

Pool area was great.

No iron and ironing board. Only got 1 hand towel carpet could use a cleaning throughout the hotel. Only one elevator was working, .so we had to take the steps a lot

The whole experience

Our room was fully renovated and absolutely spotless.

The only complaint was that the water pressure in the shower was awful. I'm 100% sure it was because of the type of shower head but it tolerable. They have a brand new rain shower head and while the idea of it is nice and its beautiful, it just doesn't work well.
