The carpet in our room is as disgusting stained and the room just seemed dirty and dingy

The gym. Everything you need and nobody is here.

bedbug It's very difficult to take them out from your house if they get there. So, be careful don't take them from this hotel.

The rooms were nice

The pool was a little cold and the pool room was freezing.

ROOM WAS CLEAN, BUT DIRT IN THE CORNERS. BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE. STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. ROOMS WERE LARGE

IN THE FIRST ROOM, 119, THE TOILET WAS BROKEN. I REQUESTED A NEW ROOM ON THE MAIN FLOOR PER MY REQUEST. THE STAFF WAS ABLE TO ACCOMODATE THE CHANGE TO A NEW ROOM ON THE REQUESTED FIRST FLOOR AND STATED IT WAS THE ONLY ROOM ON THE MAIN FLOOR WITH A JETTED TUB. SO, I WAS EXCITED TO FINALLY BE ABLE TO RELAX. UPON ENTRY I FOUND A CLEAN ROOM WITH A WORKING TOILET BUT THE JETTED TUB WAS FULL OF WHAT APPEARED TO BE ANTS CRAWLING AROUND. RATHER THAN RETURN WITH ANOTHER COMPLAINT, I DECIDED TO CLEAN OUT THE TUB MYSELF AND MAKE DO WITH THE CRITTERS. AS A RESULT, I OPTED NOT TO BATHE WITH MY CREEPY CRAWLEY ROOMMATES.

The room wasn’t clean with hair all over the bathroom floor. The microwave was very dirty with old food.
