Everything was good

Staff was very nice & room was clean. Love access to cafe 24 hrs & pizza shop.

The hotel is a bit dated, but they do a great job of maintaining it.

Location was great

Stains on the bed sheets and cockroaches in the room. Hotel staff not accommodating, friendly, or concerned with state of the room.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Right on the boardwalk and beach. Everything else was within walking distance. The beds were comfortable. The rooms although dated were clean.

The restaurants in the hotel were mediocre at best. The drinks were water down and the food was not good at all. Definitely go outside the hotel to eat otherwise you'll be sorry. I do think the hotel should invest in renovations. The space is dated and the hallway carpet was the worse.

The carpet in our room was filthy. We expected a nicer room for the money and the shopping not shopping for a hotel like the Grand. Gnats in the Epic. However the lobby is very nice.

All the amenities were wonderful and the staff were helpful and kind. It was clean and started so peaceful and was just what we needed.

The second night we were kept awake with banging doors constantly (ppl going room to room) and definitely ppl smoking marijuana. Not one to complain but excessive and super late.... The indoor pool was very clean but pretty cold. The cafe is super convenient and they make a very nice ☕ and yummy milkshake......got dessert third day one was phenomenal and the other (red velvet cake was over ten dollars and was disgusting. It was super hard and stale. Breakfast was yummy...but don't go if you are in a hurry we waited over an hour for basic egg and toast breakfast and it wasn't busy at all. They also never brought toast until they brought the bill which was when we were done eating.
