The breakfast was good and all the staff and people from the hotels were excellent thank you

Everything was excellent excellent there was nothing wrong next time I go back I'll be right there again thank you for your hospitality

The employees attitude......

It was a big room & great location of everything I needed.

Everything was dirty. The couch had crumbs, the pillows had makeup & hair from previous people that were there before. Floors were streaky & sticky, looked like water was poured & they just smeared the dirt rather than using bleach. Bathroom mirror was very foggy/streaky, I couldn't even see myself. The Microwave had no plate to even use it. The mini fridge was broken/old & still dirty. Overall that room was not taken care of properly & the people who did clean it were obviously lazy.

Non smoking room was nasty and smelled of cigarettes 🚬

the reason for the visit was I was working in Brownsville for the night and needed a place for my kids (23.21.19) to sleep over night. I was already running late and when I got there the front desk clerk was not very inviting. He also gave me keys to a room that when we opened the door there was clothes and shoes on the floor and the beds were not made. when I went back to him he was very adamant that the room should have been empty and I assured him it wasn’t so he had to find me another room. For being a non smoking room the room smelled like smoke, the neighbors were outside talking on phones all night and smoking too.

Breakfast was pretty sparce...coffee, toast and danish

The clean room and desk service was amazing

no towels available and baby roaches everywhere
