Very clean, and the overall maintenance seemed good from what I could see. The staff were all very friendly. From check-in, to cleaning staff, to breakfast staff. Which speaking of, the continental breakfast was great! Eggs, bacon, cereal, oatmeal, waffle station, bagels/toast.. it was all fresh, and perfect temps. The rooms were clean, and very comfortable. The bathrooms are large and bright. It was appreciated that the showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and bodywash; and the lotion in the bathroom by the mirror. It seemed to be decent quality. And it made my hippie heart happy to see a reduction in plastic/trash. We loved that our fur babies were welcomed, and that they had a bag station and nice/large amount of grass for them to use. The location was perfect to be close to everything needed, but also not far from family that lives near by. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it to anyone else needing a hotel in midland as well!

Elevator was fully functional, but it made a lot of weird noises/shakes that made us uneasy. Also, the print of the carpet in the stairwell is awful and causes dizziness. Seems to be a lawsuit waiting to happen.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were in good order. Hot tub was hot! Breakfast was nice and a good variety. Location was convenient for food and necessities.

The carpets could use a good shampooing. I was there for a training, and the room we were in had very little temperature control. It was either too hot, or too cold. Mostly too cold. I would have also liked better chairs... Maybe one's that could roll?

The staff were very kind and helpful. They also had cute to-go breakfast bags for their guests who needed to run out quickly.

The plumbing was kinda loud. The toilet made noise throughout the night.
