People need to stop smoking in the bathrooms the vents are all connected

Location was the only good thing about this hotel.

The room didn’t look like it had been dusted in weeks. Overall it was just dirty.

Door lock malfunction couldn't use key cards. Had to be let in. The bed was very high, and I had a hard time getting into it.

Shower presser sucked! Faucets in dink too short. Had water all over sink trying to brush teeth. Hardly any hot water in shower. No luggagerack for suitcase.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed and easy to find off the highway. Overall great value.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds when I checked in they gave me a king room.

The staff were great. She did her best to fix up a big problem with our room. The room we settled into was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Horrible water pressure in the shower. The room we were supposed to get was wide open when we arrived and the bed wasn’t even made up. The door to our room didn’t seal and the was about a 1” opening at the bottom and side.

Kept charging my card random fees. Charged me 40.00 intending to give me 23.00 credit for dirty bathroom?!?!?Incidentals charged prior to checkout and even though I paid with card!?!? and said it would credit back within 5 to 7 business days. Also toilet had feces stuck to wall. GROSS! No place to sit. Keep looking. SHADY

affordable and great new renovated rooms, walking distance to Cracker Barrel, topeka is right size city for good small town folk, I feel sorry for the zoo for when it gets cold, brown versus board of education everybody should know about that, that’s why we have racism

I had a $50 deposit that was supposed to get back to me and I never got back paid about $170 for a really crappy room. The bathroom had hair in the tub and the toilet wouldn’t flush! On top of that the door a gap and wouldn’t close completely. Over all it was not the best place to stay

The receptionist was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Wish there was more I could say good about the facility but there isn't.

We were there for 4 nights to attend Blizzard Bash Demolition Derby. Housekeeping never came to room to pick up trash or give us clean towels. We had to go to front desk to get towels. Using towels over again wasn't an option. Luckily, we brought toilet paper as we ran out! The faucet is to far back on the sink so whenever you wash your hands the water goes all over the counter. Soaking everything on the counter as others weren't paying attention. The heater made a loud noise that kept waking us up at night. The most frustrating was the fact we had to go to the front desk every time we wanted in our room! The cards won't activate the door or else it would be green but we couldn't get door open. Finally the receptionist came down one time and had to throw herself into the door to get it to open.

Beautiful room. When I opened the door I was struck by how good the room smelled!
