musty smell in room

Check in. The pool was ok.

The room was noisy. Someone in the room above us paced the floor throughout the night. This occurred from 1:00 AM to 4:00 AM. This prevented us from being able to fall to sleep. We were on the first level. The ceiling seemed really thin and didn't block out the noise. When I complained to the front desk during checkout, I was disappointed in their response. The person at the front desk blamed us for not calling the front desk. She didn't even seem to care. She showed no empathy. I told her I thought it was a structural issues with the ceiling not stopping the noise. She again blamed me for not calling the front desk to report it. I felt, as a customer, totally disrespected by this person at the front desk.

outdoor swimming pool. indoor pool at night was dark and not sure if clean as you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. stars on a clear night are beautiful! love that it is surrounded by trees and in a very quite place.

it was old and not up to date, didn’t seem clean. breakfast was not so appetizing.

Everything was up to par

A microwave in the room would of been nice, but there was one a couple of doors down

I like out door picnic areas but swimming pool area and the rooms need an update 🙏

it was dirty and out dated swimming pool area was not clean every out door chairs and table were mild dew 😔.

The staff were amazing so helpful. We had a huge room with was clean and comfortable

Need a little more choice at breakfast. House keeping didn't replenish items

The poor condition of the outdoor spaces needs attention.

The bathroom was quite dirty and covered in hair. The shower barely worked and the tub looks very damaged as well as the ceiling above it. Our sink was clogged and filled with water when washing our hands.
