Lisa and Jesus were fantastic. The time were clean and will maintained! The staff were so accommodating and friendly.

Things were run down by the previous owner. The new owner doesn't seem to have enough staff or money to keep up with demand

Booked the property requesting a downstairs/disabled room or elevator access and they told me they didn’t have either and to cancel my reservation. I did so, including contacting booking.com and was still charged. Had to go to the motel to get my refund. The front desk guy was RUDE and the maid had to tell him to stop ignoring me and fix my problem. She even called the owner to come to the office to fix the problem. Which the owner did and was very nice.

Very sparse bfast and the employee in there monitoring us so we didn't take more than she thought we should was very distressing

They gave us a room , after they said we didn't have a room.

The door to the room wasn't closed, and when reporting this the check in clerk says maintenance is in a bad mood so our door stayed open the whole stay.

Staff was nice and friendly

Room was dirty...and smelled. Didn't stay asked and got refund
