The grounds could use a good cleaning. The front desk issued keys to my room to another guest and they walked in my room in the middle of the night. I requested two beds downstairs and they tried to give me a room upstairs, finally got a room downstairs but only one bed. Paid to upgrade room thought it would have a microwave had no fridge or microwave.

I guess you’re supposed to tell them if you want fresh sheets and towels, but we left and came back to everything stripped and taken, I’ve travelled a lot and that’s never happened before.

The room was fairly clean, open parking spaces, ice machines. It was pretty quiet overnight

There were bins of garbage left out across from our room that homeless were going through. The beds we had were incredibly uncomfortable, the toilet was damaged and made loud squeeking noises for about 10 minutes after being flushed which woke us up in the middle of the night.

The person at the front desk was very respectful and kind.

We had to cancel our stay and ask for a refund. First room we got was super dirty. We had to go again to the front desk and were given another room that was also very dirty as well. We had to find another place to stay at 10:30 pm. Not recommend at all. They need to improve the cleaning a lot.

Did not like these little flying ants. Every time you open door or look somewhere they were crawling around everywhere. 

Room ok, bed ok,

food and drinks machines had no numbers reflecting costs. If I had known before I would have purchased my needs elsewhere. Staff refunded my losses at the pop machine. Thank you!
