The motel itself is hidden so it was a problem finding it, i had called ahead for my reservation cause they had told me to do so, then I had called when I got to the location and they had said they could accommodate me for that which is reasonable but I was still a inconvenience. So I had to spend and extra 90 dollars for a motel that was definitely not as good but, when we entered our hotel at this location it was definitely better equipped and much more sanitary than the other, the TV worked, the fridge and microwave worked so it was definitely a upgrade which I and my family enjoyed.

I didn't like that they weren't able to accommodate my checking time even though I had called in advance, and the day they had told me to call, which was irritating.

When we told them the fire alarms batteries needed to be changed, they removed the alarm.

Booked a smoking room. But when we arrived they said that all the smoking rooms were booked. The bathroom was disgusting. Hair on the walls, toilet was disgusting. All furniture was stained - was afraid to sit on the chairs. Heater was loud.

There were no cups, the tv would not work, there were no instructions in room regarding WiFi link, chech out time? It was 28 deg F that nite, there were no extra blankets.

Nice staff, big room

The dirtiest room I have ever stayed in.

The room was fairly large and the AC did cool the room down. The bed was fairly soft too with plenty of pillows as well. No bed bugs and there was a fresh cost of paint on the walls

No microwave in unit, had to ask for one. Shower was a 2x2 square and the TV had no streaming account capabilities. Only sheet and thick “blanket” that seems impossible to clean well.
