Breakfast was very good

They did not know how to check me in with Booking.com. I was given a total charge when I reserved through you. When I got to property they charged additional and added an additional pet fee. Next day to check out, they said nothing went through and I had to give them another charge card. Wasted at least two hours on check in and check out.

We didn’t eat there

I didn’t like when I checked in that another customer was taken before me. You were having computer issues and lobby was full so I moved to stop the doors from opening! I know they saw me walk in they said Hello ! I also hate that we are always put on the side of traffic and not the quiet side for three days! Also dog barking ! Then one night we were coming back in around 9:00 pm. I dumped my tea out and came in the door near the elevator and felt like I was being watched me and my mother ????

Modern and clean and spacious and wonderful staff

Bed was squeaky and not very comfortable and a bit over priced

Staff was beyond friendly. Updated rooms. Pool was great. Breakfast was great. Great location.

Last morning of our stay the tables at breakfast were not cleaned. Not a huge deal but that’s the only minor complaint I have. Could be cheaper but everything is more expensive now.

Amazing staff

Excellent breakfast hot and clean area.

Our check in was delayed due to a payment problem from a different company.The clerk and the front end supervisor was very helpful polite and fixed the problem.
