The breakfast was ok

Would not accommodate my request for a room on the first floor even though I had a disability and requested it in my reservation. Furthermore they put us in a room with a tub so I could not even shower while I was there.

Renovation was in progress, so there were plastic all over the floor and you could hear other people voices in the rooms next door

It was very convenient to have breakfast every morning and it’s included in the price. The coffee was very good. Plenty of parking. Beds were comfortable. TV and wifi worked great. It was a quiet and comfortable stay. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating. We will stay here again and will recommend it to our friends. Conveniently located to restaurants and stores.

It could use an update on carpets in rooms and hallways.

Could do with putting USB ports in the room for charging your phone. Was a little surprised there wasn't any for a higher end hotel.

I liked everything! The breakfast especially the waffles were great! The customer service was so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

The bed was a little hard! And the room had no trash bags! And the tub has a constant drip you can hear through the night!!!!!
