Breakfast is pretty basic, bathroom could have more space to place items, no bathtub (but nice shower),no elevator

The included breakfast was great - enough to keep you full to lunch but light enough to not bog you down. The location was amazing. Just ebough off the main drag that you did not get a lot of road noise but close enough to walk to everythkng downtown and a short drive from area attractions. Really lovely place.

The room was a little small but it was just my husband and I so we did not need much more. I would have liked a tub in the room, but again, minor issue. We saw several large families there so I assume their suites are spacious enough for kids.

The location is phenomenal, and the inn is adorable, but it was really the staff that made this a special stay. Jonathan is so warm and welcoming, he made the Cranmore Inn feel like a home away from home—one where I didn’t need to make breakfast, which was also wonderful!

The room and the Inn were clean We appreciated the Inn's quiet location that was still close to town. The breakfast was nice. Staff was pleasant.

Our room was much too warm for sleeping even with the windows open and we didn't figure out how to lower the heat. The price for the room seemed a bit high for what we got and there was no housekeeping service while we were there.

Jonathan and the staff were all excellent; very welcoming and gracious. Breakfast both days we were there was delicious!

The Inn advertises that they follow federal and state CDC guidelines regarding COVID, but in reality they enforced stricter guidelines (e.g. masks were mandatory) as compared to the rest of the countless shops, restaurants, and other attractions in the area. While some guests might be comforted by the mandatory mask policy, we found it to be both pointless (i.e. no masks were being worn anywhere else except at the Inn, so their policy didn't make anyone any safer) and detrimental to our ability to enjoy time at the inn. The inn should clearly state that their COVID policies are stricter than federal and state guidelines... if they had been more transparent about this we would likely have stayed elsewhere.

Excellent as always. Highly recommend ATV park about 1/2 north. Did in Fall and Winter. Sea Dog brewery staff were rude

it’s location is superb.

bed very uncomfortable. it was a bed frame with a divan base on top with a mattress on top of that. labelled a superior queen it was very small. the bed backed on to the staircase so you awoke with the first person going down the stairs. the shower was very poor. insufficient water pressure meant that when other rooms used their shower or flushed the toilet, the shower either became scalding or freezing. when not affected the low pressure resulted in a derisory flow of water. reported it but apparently we were the first to notice the problem.

The breakfast was good.

Was not happy we had to wear masks in the inn.

Quaint and comfortable inn. The staff is very nice and the room was clean and cozy. The location is perfect and within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

The Inn is located a short walk away from town.

For one night I paid $530 after taxes and accommodations did not match that price tag. The rugs in the room were very dirty. The sink drained slowly and the toilet did not flush well. The hot tub was located right below our window so we felt like the people in the hot tub were in our room.

Jonathan and all the other staff were very kind and polite. I was very happy to see the COVID precautions still in place as well.
