Good accommodations, clean, location.

Breakfast buffet set up caused lots of congestion. Human collision everywhere. In my opinion, drinks and condiments should be located on the side of the room, not in the center of the counter where the food is served. Folks trying to get coffee and juice right in the middle of the food setup caused lots of congestion, for sure. The man at the front counter had no problem charging me for a rollaway bed. He should have been as quick to make sure it was delivered to my room. I had to come down at 9:30 pm to kindly remind him that he charged me for a bed and I would sure like it soon so my Family had a place besides the floor to sleep. Outside of that, the stay was good.

10 day stay and they cleaned the room once. Had to ask twice for garbage to be removed.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the bar area was entertaining.

There's not a lot in the area within walking distance.

No wifi, which was a big problem.

The hotel and room weren’t up to our normal standard which was ok. The WiFi was absolutely terrible. It wouldn’t work from our room.

Fantastic sized room, plenty of free onsite parking and front desk staff very friendly and welcoming. Included breakfast was good to have although options were limited and a few things had run out closer to their closing time.

Perfectly normal hotel stay. Left early the next morning for a flight.

There is a restaurant downstairs. Seemed like a convenient place to get dinner and I didn't want to go back out in the cold, but I would skip at all costs. Not very good.

The staff was extremely friendly and super helpful the room was clean and tidy and I was left alone. I wanted peace and quiet and that's what I got.

Homeless people sleeping in the lobby. The smell of cigarette smoke and vape smoke in the vestibule. The pillows smelled like sweat
