The property was very clean, & the photos were accurate. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bed was very comfortable, & the bathroom & shower were great. The complex has a cute courtyard w/patio furniture & a game area & was perfect for our dogs. It was about a mile walk to the beach.Cons: The check-in text gave detailed info for where to park (the alley) and the next morning we found our car had been broken into & my checkbook was stolen. This necessitated an entire morning at the bank to lock my account until I could move all my auto pays to a new account. There is on street parking but it fills up very quickly & if you are out in the evening you likely won't find a spot nearby. Also, be aware that there is a lot of airport noise, with jets taking off overhead every 15 minutes or so from 6 am until at least 11 pm. The air quality was thus very poor and we checked out early as it caused me to have an asthma attack. This is no fault of the VRBO property owners- this is just Ocean Beach. Bring ear plugs!

Literally, at the last minute, my husband and I decided to go on a mini vacation needing a pet friendly place to stay in San Diego. This condo was the first option, and IMO the BEST! Perfect location, perfect size, perfect price! It's such a beautiful little condo! Aaron, the owner, was very quick to reply to our booking and very helpful. When we arrived, the door key code was not working, but with a quick call, his assistant helped us to gain access quickly. The condo is beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed, and I love the shower! I especially love that it's pet friendly! Dog beach is a very close walk, and our furboy Gunner loved it. Can't wait to come back again!

Spacious one bedroom, great location very close to OB People's Coop which has the best deli/restaurant. Well equipped kitchen. Enough room to organize our stuff and feel comfortable.

The property worked out wonderfully! We booked at the last minute because our other reservation fell through. Aaron was amazing. He helped us get our booking through quickly. He checked in several times to make sure we were settled. the place was lovely very clean and accommodating for everything that we needed. It was close to all of san diego. Everything was only 10-15 minutes away if you wanted to leave the area. Thank you for a great stay. highly recommend.

Great area to walk the OB area and dog beach was right around the corner so we could let the dogs have a good time too. Everything worked out very well. Glad we stayed, and we'd do it again.

It was more than what I could have hoped for, I immediately felt at home. One of the reasons I chose this place was because I love to cook and my 86 yr old mother and we're spending the holidays together first time in 25 years. I only live 40 minutes away, checked out the kitchen items to see what I would have to return home for, was astonished everything was there or adaptable for my needs. I've been to many places before, this one of the overall tops, unit itself, location, ease of access to everything, made this a great holiday together for the two of us. The weather on the other hand was not to good, my mother was expecting warmth and sunshine, which we had very little of the entire two weeks, but when inside we could care less about the weather. I will return again to stay, while looking for a permanent residence Ocean Beach is also a ideal place to live.

Had a great time and a great property. The guys at Chris’s deli were great and just steps away. Wish the 2nd bed was a bit nicer than a blow up mattress. Other than that and the morning airplane noise, perfect stay and would definitely come back.

This worked perfect for us visiting our daughter in OB. Very clean and the kitchen worked well for fixing our family meals.

Property was very comfortable as well as the sofa, bed, towels and linens. The kitchen was a nice size, we cooked brunch one morning for 4 adults and 1 child and we had plenty of room. We were within walking distance of family and the neighborhood was very quiet. The only negatives are that the large saute pan has seen better days and should be replaced. Also, I stripped the pillow cases before reading the info for leaving the apartment and found a dried bloody spot on the pillow. Pretty gross since I slept on the pillow for 2 weeks. The pillows need to be washed between bookings or just replaced. We would definitely book this apartment again in the future.

Property inside was lovely. Everything was clean and new. Only one bed, my adult daughter had to sleep on a couch. Well appointed kitchen. Bathroom could have used some extra towel bars and hooks. Outside was ok. Our dog enjoyed our daily walks. Parking was hit or miss. Area was conveniently located to the Marine Base, Airport and Seaport Village for some wonderful waterfront dining. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was lovely, good location, 10 minute walk to the beach

The Casa verde condo was very nicely remodeled. It has a kitchen that is stocked with useable items for cooking. The bedroom has a very comfy bed and the room is kept nice and cool with the ceiling fan. The condo has a/c which is a huge bonus. They also provide shower toiletries, towels to enjoy the beach and the use of the washer and dryer. The condo is about a mile to ocean beach and dog beach. Best of all it is pet friendly by providing a little pet area in the property. The only complaint that I would say is it’s in the flight path. So every morning by 6ish you will have a flyover wake up call and the last flights stop around 11:30 at night. If you can manage to ignore the sound of the flights you should be fine. It is in a great spot since there are many restaurants close by to walk to and close to the freeway. We had a great time during our getaway to San Diego.

Having just sold our home and waiting for our next home to be available, we needed a temp place for not just my wife and I but also our Great Dane and our Cat. Do you know how hard it is to find a place that will accept a Large Dog? It's very challenging. I was grateful that they agreed to host us with our pets. The place was newly renovated, nice clean kitchen and bathroom, good bed and a parking space in the back which was key for us. They had all the dishware and linens we needed. The apartment was quiet and even tho some of the units nextdoor were being renovated, they never made excessive noise. The place is walking distance to the beach and a dog beach which we enjoyed. The owner and manager were all attentive, responsive and very helpful. I don't see you having any issues by renting this place.

This was our first day at this property. It’s very clean and spacious and has all of the comforts of home plus it allows pets which is mandatory for me. It’s more spacious than the average OB rental. This is definitely one of the quieter neighborhoods because it’s further away from Newport Avenue. The only recommendation I would make is to check with the property manager about the construction schedule of the renovation in progress.

The property is clean and there is plenty of room for 2-3 people. Parking is easy and the house is close to the freeway. The location is also about a 20 minute walk to Ocean Beach., where there are some great restaurants. The host was very quick to reply when we had questions and was very helpful.

My husband and I brought our two fur babies with us to enjoy a family vacation. We loved this place and how close it was to dog beach! We had an issue with hot water upon arrival but the property manager and owner were extremely helpful and quick to respond!

This little apt was perfect for my husband and me. It was very clean and the most important rooms IMO, the bathroom and kitchen were quite up to date. The kitchen bar area w barstools was perfect. The kitchen is SO well furnished we kinda laughed that we couldn’t find a wine opener. I figure another smart guest took it to the beach w a nice bottle of wine. Property manager immediately offered to Instacart one to us. We just walked a convenient half block and picked one up. Bed was very comfortable The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars in cleanliness is the outdoor area seating area was not super welcoming. Lots of twigs and kinda dusty on the cushions and lots of weeds in the entry area. We did enjoy, very much the table w umbrella and chairs. An overall great stay and absolutely immediate communication EVERY time.

We were visiting our daughter and her family who live just down Greene St. We have stayed here before Perfect location for us. Management team very responsive. We would stay there again.

Very clean, well stocked condo. Excellent communication with property manager. Easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and little coffee shops.

Walking distance to ocean beach, and just a couple minutes drive to Mission beach and San Diego.

Overall the property fit our needs. The location was good and the apartment was nice. The baseboards needed cleaning and the kitchen sink faucet did not stay in the up position.

We enjoyed the Ocean Beach Patio home it was clean and central to San Diego activities. The only down fall is…we read it slept four… the couch does not pull out. You can ask the owner for a air bed but I’m not sure where it would go. Anyway my 12yo slept on the couch with a couple blankets. It’s a perfect place for a couple but not a family.

We had a wonderful vacation in OB and loved this property. We used the kitchen to eat and enjoyed a very short walk to the beach and other shops and stores. The parking spot made it easy to drive to other beaches and attractions. We used the washer and dryer. The property manager was very responsive. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our mini vacation very much! The place was clean, homey, and had a great location. The management company was extremely accommodating and had great communication. Definitely would stay there again!

Great overall place in a convenient location. My only complaint would be that it advertises it sleeps 4. That includes 2 on a couch which is not ideal.
