Old outdated, keys dint work for both locks, beds were hard as rock, super uncomfortable could not sleep .

Hottub spa, closeness to burger me restaurant and the ski resort.

Hotel bed sheets were dirty.. staff brought a new sheet. Bed mattress had food crumbs all over it… had to clean the mattress myself. Bathroom had previous guest hair on floor and pencil shavings. The bed was uncomfortable, the middle of the bed was sunken in.. fire place wouldn’t light so we couldn’t use it. Only reason stayed here was due to the hotel hot tub. Other than that I won’t stay here again, would rather pay more for a cleaner hotel with the hot tub spa.

Very lovely place highly recommend. I went with a big family group and all of us where Very happy. Kids friendly.

I really liked that the hacienda had bbq pits and a picnic area. Also in the middle of everything. You can walk and enjoy beautiful lake Tahoe.

I didn't like that the room i had #17 had a nasty smell to it. like the carpet smelled wet and moldy. Also the walls and doors need to be whipped down. Upgrading is definitely needed. Other than that we had a good time in Tahoe. Thanks.
