Cleanliness and helpful staff.

The staff went above and beyond to remedy issues. Breakfast included many options including eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, oatmeal, pancakes, muffins, toast, and fruit.

There were many flies in our room when we entered. The floor had not been swept or mopped. Room furniture needs updating. One bed was squeaky! Minor repairs are needed in general. Breakfast had many options but it wasn't delicious.

The staff were superb! They were so helpful and friendly. The lady who worked in the breakfast room was an absolute sweetheart!

The beds were almost unbearable. We rented 3 rooms for 3 nights and we were crippled when we left. Spring beds were the worst ever.

the floor was dirty!!! the bed was lumpy and should be replaced.

The location is good. However, Fallon is small, so any hotel is convenient. Breakfast was included. We requested and were given a second floor room. Water pressure in the shower was good.

The fridge wasn't cleaned out from the previous occupant; still had leftovers. Bathroom fan wasn't very effective even though it was noisy. Room heater was very noisy. Carpet had visible stains -- don't walk barefoot! The king bed was not very comfortable for either of us. The small sofa was uncomfortable to sit on for more than a few minutes. The office chair was okay but the desk it was at was too high even with the chair at max height. The room smelled old (the property IS old). Breakfast was meh: inedible sausage, mushy potatoes, but good selection of other items like breads, cereals, juices.

The young lady at arrival and check in made the experience awesome and followed up with a courtesy call on how the room was. In todays world you just don't see good service anymore and hats off to her she is doing a great job.
