Location was great People were friendly and helpful Breakfast was great

The room smelled horrible. The place was not clean looking. The workers were not welcoming at all...Pool which was what we wanted was closed

The rooms were beautiful and the hotel was very nice.

The pool being closed indefinitely and no mention when booked was upsetting. The beds moved all around in the room and were extremely well used.

Location, it smelled really clean , the staff at breakfast was very nice.

The pool wasn't in operation, person at the desk barely talked and the breakfast sandwiches for breakfast that you have to microwave yourself.

Very comfortable bed, beautiful fluffy towels, excellent breakfast. The breakfast room was bright, cheery, well-stocked and super clean.

Truly, my expectations were exceeded. I have no suggestions for improvement:

No hairdryer in room Closed caption would not work on the TV remote Attendant at desk did not know how to remedy the problem, thus could not use the TV

we have moved past Covid ,if you’re going to use breakfast as a selling point you need more than frozen sandwiches and a bowl of apples and instant decaf coffee. You need to make sure the beds are installed properly if not the metal frame on the tile floor makes a huge noise every time you move,after 2 nights I got on the floor and leveled the bed and was able to enjoy a nice bed the rest of our stay

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean.

The air-conditioner was a bit loud. The breakfast was poor.
