Extremely nice place to stay. The staff went out of their way to make sure you got everything you needed. They even remembered my name.

There was nothing negative.

We really enjoyed the breakfast and it was close to Alamo and river walk. We were also able to walk to St Mary’s Catholic Church for mass.

How cold the hallway was

The staff was beyond amazing. They were very professional and down to earth, the front desk and the bartender was a plus. The rooms was beautiful with lots of space. The only thing that didn't meet the price was the quality of the beds. The mattresses was horrible in every room. If this is corrected the hotel would be a five star rating!!!!! I will use again just because of the outstanding staff!!!! The pool area was good as well. We spent a lot of time chilling by the pool with the bartender at our service!!!!

We were in a great spot to walk to the Alamo and to the river walk. The staff were very friendly and really helpful.

They were having trouble with one of the elevators so it took awhile to get up and down.

El lavamanos estaba muy sucio tenía pelos d otros huéspedes, no ponen aguas en las habitaciones nunca me había pasado , estuve 5 días y solo dos veces nos alzaron la cama los otros días solo recogieron la basura no limpiaron bien ningun día

Check in was very easy and fast. We were greeted by the very friendly and pleasant staff. Valet parking was pretty much the only option for parking but was very easy.

Hotel was dated and our bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked. Im not sure if was dirty floors or just scuff marks but it made us fell like it was unclean. It only had 1 roll of opened toilet tissue knowing we were a party of 5 staying there. I never understand when i make these reservations and they know 5 people are staying here they never give us enough towels or toilet paper.

Breakfast was delicious. Couldn't hear the other rooms. Staff was friendly.

Pool was on the small side and I found an old Twizzler candy under the bed. Website said they had parking but failed to say it was valet parking.
