it was convenient to the Newark airport

There was no hair dryer

the beds were comfortable

The Lady That Was Supposed To Check Me In , Was sitting at the table otp told me to wait , & went in the back for 34-mins just to check in bad customer service table was broken & the room was stink the phone also was broke …

When in there the bedsheets had hair and yellow stains bathroom were dirty it smelled like marijuana in the room. I went downstairs to ask if I could switch rooms at the front desk, and the lady was being very disrespectful towards me and I asked if I could get a refund she denied my service so I left to find another hotel and now I’m trying to get my money back

The toilet was not clean there was poop and also the trash Can was full of empty water bottles.

It was close to where I was visiting.

I found it difficult to get there initially

Well I didn't eat breakfast there but the breakfast that they did provide was very good or like snacks and coffee bagels could be added to it just as well as fruit but I will come back and visit anytime I come back to New Jersey

Super location for Shopping Mall

They were evicting a man who said he had nowhere to go….seems like a good amount of similar people staying…heard conversations at reception

the rooms are not so clean, smells, mattress bounce around . breakfast is a scam, it’s just grab and go of nutrition bars

the room stunk, the floor was filthy, the towels were stained and dirty. had to ask for cutlery and when collected that too was not clean.
