I am looking for a refund as this property was disgusting! We did not stay the night and had to leave and stay elsewhere.
It smelled old and musty, the room was disgustingly dirty and the security of the hotel was next to nothing. We were on the “first” floor and the entrance door did not have key entry so anyone could go in AND the room was ground level with a large window that could open. For me and my 2 girls I did NOT feel safe staying there at all.

Our bathroom door didn’t shut, tv worked intermittently-we had to unplug it to get it to work, lamp didn’t work until I found a different plug in.

The breakfast was probably the best part,
rooms very outdated and uncomfortable beds, doors were very flimsy and could easily be broken into. The outside door did not lock, swimming area was very hot and pool was in need of updating. Not a good value for money.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück inbegriffen. Parken umsonst. Lage direkt am Outlet. Innenpool. Freundliches Personal.
Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zu teuer. Für drei Personen war das Zimmer (Zwei Queenbetten) etwas zu klein.

Breakfast was better than expected for this class of hotel - everything was fresh, well presented and the breakfast area was clean - very nice! This property is in an excellent location in N. Conway, NH. It is older and a little worn, but everything was clean and comfortable. We didn’t use it, but they had a nice indoor pool area.
Room was a little small, but really, other than that everything was fine.

There was plenty of hot water but poor water pressure. That was truly the only issue but definitely not a reason to keep me away. I will go back

this is an older property that could use upgrading but with that said it is very clean and the breakfast was great. all we needed!

The location was great. We were able to walk over to the outlets and the grocery store. It was quiet as well, which was nice and the beds were comfortable.
The room was really small and cramped for a family of 4. When I pay over $200 for a night, I like to be able to move around and have a little space. The bathroom was also really small. We rented a spacious, lovely house for the rest of our stay, and the price per night was less than what we paid for this one tiny room.

Hotel met expectations. Great location. Bathroom very small but bed comfortable. Breakfast was included and was functional with scrambled eggs and sausage. Free parking .
Smell in the corridor that was not in the room. No maid service but fresh towels provided if the used ones were left outside the door. I thought the cost was a bit rich for the room.
