Large room. Coffee available in the lobby.

Bed had plastic on the mattress which made noise when you moved.

NO charger to hookup my cell phone to. I'll remember to bring my own next time. Just a usb port on an outlet would do!

Bed was comfortable and it was clean. Loved the fountain area.

We were in a unit in a dark dead-end hall with window facing a wall. The unit needed a little TLC.

Pillows. I feel like if you’re going to have a great room it Hass to have four pillows and not the small pillows regular sized pillows!

Location - close to where we needed to be. Staff was very kind and friendly.

Worn down facility, loud sounds from the equipment in the room such as microwave and refrigerator. Room was very cold when we enter, Heater is old and didn’t keep room warm.

parking you could not keep an eye on your vehicle. They are also cheap. They do not offer any fruit any food at all except a granola bar and coffee.

Check in went well, and staff are helpful. Beautiful location. Rooms are nice and clean and comfy.

It was winter one of the coldest days but the room heat hadn't been turned on. I was having a medical procedure and needed to shower with special prep, but far too cold. Asked to be moved, and reception said to wait a bit. It never did get above 60 degrees, so they moved us to another room, which was a tad better for heat. But took all night before really comfy. When I went to the hospital, nurse asked where we'd stayed. I gave report and she said that they'd had several other similar complaints about the motel. It's a shame because in every other way, it's lovely.

They were very accommodating. We had a long drive to a wedding at 2 p.m. and they made our room available early so we could freshen up and change into our good clothes.

The room wasn’t clean and the staff is overloaded. Just one person each turn. the towels was smelling bed like if anyone wash for a while.

Friendly and efficient front desk staff. Good value for the area with large rooms, microwave, refrigerator. Comfortable bed.
