Clean , good breakfast, beachfront, & not too far from restaurants and attractions.

The renovation of the pool

The location was the only thing to like about this place.

We traveled with my elderly parents and our special needs daughter. We chose this place because they told us about the nice pool and tiki bar where they have live music. And sense we had my elderly parents and our daughter with special needs that lives live music this seemed like the perfect place. They didn't tell us that the pool was closed due to construction...along with the tiki bar. We would have had to load everything up and drive two miles down the road to another hotel check in at the desk to let them know we were from the Hilton then go to the pool. Then after getting out of the pool we wouldn't have had any place to change into dry cloths. No room service had to ask to have bedding changed and trash taken out but trash was never taken out we had to do it ourselves. We had to constantly ask for towels and wash rags. Just a very inconvenient and bad stay. Wouldn't recommend this place at all .

The easy access to the beach w/ rental umbrellas & chairs accessible.

Breakfast was not excluded in the price it was extra.

I love the location the room was great, but we received no service. No one cleaned our room none during our stay. I asked daily. I ask for bathroom tissue, towels the service was terrible the night shift was great the days shift totally sucked payed us no attention.

Location

My room floor was soaking wet. Our clothes had gotten wet during the stay. I Went reported it to front desk, they took half off my room and suppose to give 70k Hilton honors point and have not recieved my points.
