Amazing staff!

Odd location

The smell was awful, elevator and hallways smelled like sewer. Very nauseating! Washclothes looked like they had been used to scrub floors and towels very thin:(

The property was not too bad but the customer service agent lacked any type of ability to deal with customers

The female front desk clerk lacked any ability whatsoever to deal with hotel customers

Nice location

bathroom floor was dirty and the breakfast wasn’t that great. No fruit except old tasting apple.

The location was easy to get too and quiet considering it was close to the expressway. Loved the store and breakfast items served. The room was very spacious and clean. I greatly appreciated the front desk staff that checked me in and settled my nerves after an unpleasant email.

The morning of our arrival, I received an email stating the hotel attempted to charge my credit card for my stay. I had a free cancellation and pay at the hotel option with my reservation. My email came with a threat of losing my room if I did not pay immediately. I drove up earlier to ensure I didn't lose my room. The hotel should adhere to the reservation stipulations agreed to upon booking the room on Booking.com.

Breakfast was ok.

Over 2 days without internet. Manager said that AT&T has down. We didn't believe that because several family members that live in that city have AT&T and no internet issues. Also room phone did not work. Told them first day there. Still not working when we checked out 6 days later. We won't stay there again.

Breakfast was very good! Our room was perfect! Very clean nice place. I will be returning..........

I wish the pool was open 24 hrs.

The two ladies at checkout were so very friendly, I really appreciated that.

The room was a very nice size and the layout was not crowded. Service was efficient and people were kind.

We got a free upgrade to a suite, so our room was spacious. Everything was very clean. Bed was comfy. Hot tub worked great and was spacious and deep. Breakfast was great. Had make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes and lots of other non hot items.

The vent on the floor in the pool area had all kinds of stains that were really gross. It looked like squished dead bugs without the bug bodies.

We loved the layout of the king suite, with actual door between the sleeping area and the rest of the suite.

Our room was at the end of the building closer to the highway (Hwy 41), and there was much more road noise. The last time we stayed a month ago, our room was at the opposite end of building and really did not notice any road noise.

Everything was great
