Location and pool with hot tub. Hot tub was low in water. Staff was awesome. AC was great

My jetted tub did not work, shower head was coated with build up, so it didn't work properly. Big stain at bathroom thresh hold and toilet paper dispenser was filthy. Window was inoperable for fresh air.

Quiet no traffic noise

The hall ways and the room was warm and uncomfortable. There were no elevators to accommodate me as a handicap person. The breakfast was muffins and cereal. We had to call maintenance to fix the air conditioning. We walked up 2 flights of stairs to get to our room. Parking spaces were small.

Nothing around outside my window so nice and quiet.

Juice was good.

It was all prepackaged sugary carbs except for the apple and the waffle (not prepackaged). No protein or potatoes. A nightmare for those who can't eat wheat.

Shower water didn’t get hot , advise the front desk nothing was resolved. All I was told was “because everyone taking a shower”

The location was good for our travels, right off i25. The hotel was run down and felt un sanitary.

The hotel staff were very friendly.

The room was very dirty, the floor had obviously not been vacuumed there was old candy, trash, and someone's medication (oxycodone being one of them which could be very dangerous had a child been in the room or someone else decided to ingest it) on the carpet. The bed linens were stained. The heat had tin foil on it and later part of the grate broke off randomly. The pool had a bubbly film on the surface that made us feel uneasy about using it or the hot tub. The continental breakfast was underwhelming; no sources of protein just sugary carbs and the half and half I used for my coffee came out chunky so I was unable to drink that. I felt very unsafe and hardly slept during our stay. There was broken glass on the sidewalk in front of the side door to get in.
