It's off season so the pool wasn't open that means less people too. It's been a quiet hotel, desk staff was super each time I interacted with them. Hotel is in a great location, easy to walk to many places & attractions.
Pillows. But I never like hotel pillows & usually bring my own but forgot it this time.

Property and staff were great! Will for sure stay again. I loved that it was a short walk to the gatlinburg strip and parking was never an issue. Also the pools were fun and very clean even for the busy 4th of July weekend.
Beds were not very comfy and called the office on 2 separate days to ask for extra towels but never received them. I ended up spotting the cleaning crew the next morning and got some from her.

Room was very clean and well maintained. Location was superb, almost everything is in walking distance. The small waterflow and sitting area is just wonderful. Highly recommended. We would surely come back again

Desde que llegue me dieron la peor habitación estaba sucia y el número de la habitación estaba incompleto no la ubicaba , después que entre me di cuenta que la habitación no está limpiado correctamente , el piso había telarañas y Polvo , fui a recepción para cambiarla y me dieron la de alado Esa habitación El piso estaba sucio y había polvo y la ducha se goteaba tu ve que limpiarla yo misma esperaba más de este hotel y la recepcionista no fue muy atenta conmigo estaba molesta , lo contrario de sus compañero por la tarde el si fue Cortez y gentil el hotel ofrece desayuno pero no lo dan debería de corregir eso ya que yo deje de irme a otros hoteles por este que lo ofrecía solo Recibí un correo informándome eso y no podía cancelar ya que la tarifa no era reembolsable

Only wish it had a variety of the continental breakfast, besides just muffins, coffee & juice.

Great location and great price! Rooms were easy to get to from the parking lot. I liked how spacious the room was and the decor was more modern. I also appreciated the mini fridge and microwave as this made breakfast and late night snacking easy. This room had everything that my family needed for a fun and comfortable getaway. The icing on the cake was the balcony that had wonderful views of the mountains and town area! I loved the two chairs where we could sit outside at night and enjoy the stars!
The room wasn’t the cleanest. Everything was good but could have been excellent if the room would have been cleaned better. The coffee maker and refrigerator had grime and food residue. The floor still had visible dirt and the bathroom was dirty. I could tell a housekeeper had wiped stuff down quickly between guests but had not deeply cleaned. The tub/shower was stained and dated. The toilet had hair on it and the sink counter had dried toothpaste. The bedding also had stains.

Walking distance to downtown great for drinking. Food and entertainment downtown was great. Have to partake in moonshine tasting. Locals talk funny with an accent but very friendly. Hidden gem for little money. Felt safe entire time.
Weather was unseasonably cold entire time i was there,,,,,36 or less. Only one guy on the street asked for money.

It was close to attractions
The staff at the front desk was horrible and the cleaning guy came in our room when we were getting dressed and said sorry he thought we were gone even though we had a do not disturb sign up. The bathroom door kept scraping the floor. The elevator was a death trap, and the pools were to small.

FRIENDLY STAFF.
WE HAD 4 PEOPLE IN OUR PARTY AND ONLY GOT I EXTRA TOWEL. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. THE TOWELS WERE NOT EVEN LARGE. WHEN YOU TRAVEL YOU EXPECT TO TO SHOWER WITH PLENTY OF TOWELS TO DRY OFF WITH ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE IS 4 IN YOUR PARTY.

The pool smells the room was dirty no towels in room went to front desk to get more was told that they didn’t have any more next night I went back got more and they smelled like vomit toenails on both sides of bed and balcony drains in tub and sink broke poop on the toilet we checked out early

The place is just a walking distance to the downtown area. We had a restful night, as the place is quiet.
Big trash cans/bins are not available outside the rooms/building.

We loved the location. Our room was larger than most. We had a mini fridge in our room, which was unexpected but greatly appreciated.
I did not like the noisy pool gate when slammed closed by people(mostly teenagers) closing it. But not the hotel's fault and it quit when the pool closed at 10ish.
