bathroom was dirty. shower was dirty

I liked it because of the pool but once I got there the staff told me it wasn’t working. That’s why I I picked the location.

The room was ok bed was uncomfortable.

The floors in the room were dirty especially under the bed. No one from housekeeping came the whole time we were there (three nights) but there was nothing indicating they weren’t doing it every night. There was an ice bucket in the room but no ice machine on our floor. I went up a floor and that ice machine was unplugged. There was a mystery stain on the wall in the bathroom. The bathroom was also very poorly designed. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. Our car was also rummaged through the first night. We had nothing valuable in it so nothing was taken but still it was not comforting.

The room was over all comfortable and clean. Plenty of channels on the TV. Coffee, and towels were stocked up. The curtains are thin but they do have the double curtains for the sun/outside lights to be blocked out.

The road is unmarked & dark. Upon arrival, there was no staff in the lobby and the pool was closed. The next morning the pool was open, but it was freezing cold. The breakfast was okay. There was milk, water and coffee, and the water and coffee was in the entrance of the lobby instead of the dining room/ kitchen. While checking out, once again nobody was at the front desk.

The lady at the front desk was great. She was kind and helpful when I had to change rooms. The breakfast area was super nice and there were plenty of breakfast options. They did have a pool and workout room that were open. Location was decent for the Hixson area and was close to the mall and many dining options. The parking lot was decent and had handicapped parking right in the front of the building. The lobby was nice.

The entire third floor of the hotel smelled like weed, which is a frequent occurrence anywhere nowadays even if they're a smoke free facility. The lighted mirror in the bathroom of the first room didn't work at all. The sink had a major leaking issue, so I was moved to a room on the first floor. Both the first and second room I was in were dirty and grungy. The bed was fine for a short stay. The price was a little more than what I would've liked to pay for two nights in a not so clean or maintenenced room. The pool room didn't have the heater working, and I was told that before trying to go to the pool so I ended up skipping that, which was fine.

Everything the rooms was very large and very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, we will definitely say here again, the ladies at the front desk was so nice and helpful 🥰

The pool was supposed to be a heated pool inside but it was as cold as ice so cold I couldn't swim in it😢

Great staff and close to anything you want if looking for food.All kinds of retail stores for shopping.excellent hot breakfast bar and coffee offered all day in lobby. Inside pool and work out room a bonus for many..

Carpet on second floor smells bad.several of visitors noticed it.

we asked for a crib in the room. the front desk advised there would be, so we did not bring anything. we checked in anyways but shortly left after an hour and a half of being there. there was something all on the floor when we walked in like something was leaking/spilt.

Always love staying here. Always clean and well worth the money
