Mr. Nick was very nice and welcoming.

The entire site looks abandoned, alone. It looks like it's being rehabbed. Some bright flowers and bushes would help. I booked 3 rooms and my Aunt's room was located around the back. She walked past 6 rooms that looked like they were being used for storage. My room, 106, had 10 or more flies who came in I suspect from the standing water out front. They rested on the beds, headboard, ceiling and crawled across the tv. I'm disabled and fell twice trying to sit down on the toilet because they are very low to the ground. The most concerning thing was the water. I took a shower and the water smells of rust! The water leaves a film on your body. I was scared to wash my face and brush my teeth the next morning. The beds were comfortable. We only stayed one night. It was ok for 1 night.

The property was an appealing building and location! Quiet yet close to all the places and things we needed for a pleasant stay!

There was a lot us noise above our heads which sounded like maybe children were running and playing until late evenings!

Location and value. The room was spacious.

Room smelled like cigarettes. Could have been cleaner.
