The fact that I had a place to sleep....was not homeless for the weekend.

The beds were terribly uncomfortable. I spoke with several hotel guests, and they all had the same complaint. The hotel needs to invest in better beds. A face-lift would be nice as well; but ultimately, I am paying for a good night's sleep. I dubbed the hotel "Motel 6 Plus" In addition, the lighting in the room was terrible. The television set was very small, perhaps 32 or 28 inches. The staff was great.

Location was walking distance to Winter Park Resort. We stayed there in the summer. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. No pool for kids, but a good place to stay if you are planning on going to the Resort.

Coffee, tea, and water area by front desk was a nice added bonus. Restaurant was very understaffed. Hot tub and pool very cold water. Staff was very nice and helpful

There was food all over the floor when I arrived: crackers and chips under the bed, popcorn kernels in the bathroom. The room number was torn off the wall in the hallway, the towel rack came out of the wall, and the microwave was disgustingly dirty, like soup had exploded inside. There was a constant beeping noise coming from a machine outside, both day and night. I asked the front desk for a new room, and he said, “You get what you get and you don’t get upset.” And then he said, “You don’t have to stay here.”

Thank you very much for using compostable material. Cups etc. were not styrophome but eco friendly products. I mostly appreciated this. The staff was hard working and friendly. The location was excellent. We skid in Mary Jane and it was great.

we had a rather nice staying at the WPML, the price is alright but I expected something way better for a mountain resort. the biggest problem of this hotel is it’s location. it look insanely close from the village of WP, but heck no. there’s no way to cross the god damn highway. not even a sidewalk to cross later on. it’s all about cars in the US. disgusting. we came on the ski train, we had to wait the shuttle bus who runs every 20 min. It’s something hotels in the US needs to understand, NOT everybody owns a car. the shuttle service is okay, but when you want to get breakfast in the village, count at least 30 min to get there. Why there is no sidewalk, overhead bridge or tunnel ? it’s ridiculous. my last complaint about this hotel is the breakfast, I’ve been to a lot of hotel around the world, and this has probably the worst breakfast ever (they charge 16$ for it) some bacon and eggs, jelly and butter and that’s about it, no bread and it was simply disgusting…

Bar and resteraunt close at 6pm so don't plan on getting anything there for dinner. Pool and hot tubs were freezing cold ! Pretty much if you don't come on a weekend you don't get anything good just whatever they got

The Location is perfect.

Its so outdated and no where near worth the money outside of convenience.

The location stated on Booking.com is not accurate and is misleading. One cannot walk to the lifts because there is a road and a cliff between the lifts and the hotel. One has to wait 20 minutes to catch public transportation which then takes 15 minutes to the mountain. The distance to the lifts stated in booking.com is very misleading and it will be a long time before I use booking.com again.

Location was good

Both jacuzzi's were broke, the pool area was outdated, skanky and not inviting. The room was in the older section and was dated, dimly lit, and had uncomfortable beds and a poor showerhead. Don't think the breakfast buffet was worth $16.95 but it was convenient. It's on the free greenline bus shuttle - comes every 20 minutes. You are at the first stop so you have to ride the entire 20 minutes.
