2 pools, indoor and outdoor

My room was booked last minute, as I was arriving to Bike Week a day earlier than my real hotel reservations. The room I received had no bedspread, blanket or shower curtain. Blood stains on the rug. No hot water. I arrived wet, hot and exhausted and did not care much about anything other than falling asleep. No hot water in the morning either, despite leaving the shower running for 45 minutes. When I happily checked out, I was told I should have asked them about the secret way to get hot water. Like it was my fault that I didn’t know to turn the cold water tap on and all the faucets in the room first. Maybe fix the hot water heater properly, or put a note in the shower telling guests about the secret? Don’t rent out the room you use to steal linens and shower curtains from until you put them back. What do you expect for $225 a night?

The employees there were very nice. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the views from our.balancy were beautiful.

The outdoor pool was closed down, but that was because of the hurricane, so that was not on the hotel.

The view is perfect I loved the indoor pool all the staff is incredible super friendly I would return with my family another weekend

The property was centrally located and the staff Charles in particular was amazing.

That the water slide was closed due to construction.

Location was great. Grocery store was nearby which is great, because we cook alot. Staff is so friendly.

There is nothing that I didn't like.

Room on ground level, a lot of noise outside (loud music from cars on parking, stramge people around, damaged (after hurricane) pool…
