Such wonderful, informative staff. Comfy, clean, spacious bedroom and bathroom+bathtub. Peaceful area with lovely views, lovely hot tub, accessible to restaurants and groceries, and ample free parking. Was the best place we stayed during our roadtrip through California.

I have stayed at this location at least once a year for almost 10 years now and the new remodel is not good. wet bar removed and the fridge, microwave and coffee maker were just sitting on the floor. also the closet was removed. I had no place to hang my cloths. the price keeps going up yet they are taking away things, like a closet, away. again, been staying there for close to 10 years now and will never return!!

cheap. Room 201 has a lot of light and cross ventilation with 3 windows.

wi-fi sucks! Female owner let herself into my room and was bitching at me about smoking while I was on the toilet and not dressed! I was there six days and never was a housekeeper there even though I requested it.

Room smelled like vomit…. And was insanely overpriced.

great location to explore Napa

check in staff was not very helpful nor informative. pool and hot tub were closed. the rooms are currently undergoing renovation - we were accommodated right next to the room being demolished early morning in an seemingly empty motel, which wasn’t the best of sleeping experiences.

Horrible experience!!! We paid for 2 nights , but the hotel insisted to say we did pay only for 1 night , we showed the bank statement and also called the bank to confirmed our payment but the hotel insisted in charged us again ! They didn't allowed us inside our room , even though my elderly parents weren't feeling so good. The stablishment is not on good conditions too. Heavy mantainece early in the morning. You will wake up with a very loud noise banging in you ears. The pool and jacuzzi doesn't work , also the freege in the room. A true nightmare, with a very poor costumer service , and also a ripe off. I also work in hospitality and understand that some situations can be challenging, but to lock us out of our room , with no access to our personal belongings, with no clear communication, even dispait the fact that we showed all the proff that the bill was payed . And forced us to payed again is outrageous. Does not recommend this stablishment with no one. Would give 0 stars if was possible !

The room looks good in pictures. The room is partially remodeled, however the cabinets wold, rusty and moldy. There was a window that was covered from the outside, gave the impression they were hiding something. The area did not feel safe and it was surrounded by people smoking weed. We walked in and we were there for about 15 minutes. We left and went to a safer clean hotel. We didn’t stay.

the noise and the people that were staying were so noisy at 5 am banging doors and I couldn’t sleep and I was worry that they will hit my car or stole it

The room was a good size and the bed was extremely comfortable

Not a huge deal but I would have liked if the TV in our room had a Netflix or other streaming site option

The room did not look anywhere near what the pictures indicated on the website. we left for the day and the room was not cleaned. When I called to have them clean the room they said that we had to give them notice.For the price that we paid for the room it should have been an automatic service to be cleaned while we were out. I asked them if they could at least bring up some fresh towels and was told to come down and get them. I will never come here again

very nice super clean. The staff worker was very friendly. I was very happy with my room reservation 💯😁
