the decor and location
check in and out hours,pool was dirty, beach access, the staff was not helpful. have kids working at the front desk in the office, needed maintenance had to wait to next day because they didn’t have anyone on site after 5pm.

Expensive booked weeks prior to stay checked rates that day was 1/2 of what I paid. Expensive for a place I couldn’t check into 5 pm then check out at 10 am

Location is really good and the property is very nice…
Some effort needs to be made to really be able to call this property luxury.
It’s my second time and I think the units need to be kept up better. I also find it objectionable to have a 5pm check in time and a 10am checkout. It’s not fair at all and should be 3pm checking and noon checkout

this property is conveniently located close to great wineries. it’s right on the water which means fabulous views any time of day, but particularly, sunset. it is beautifully decorated & clean. we had all the amenities necessary. loved the balcony & grounds.

Location
Room was in run down condition. Furniture was a shame, bathrooms in bad condition. It wasn’t what we expected for the price, $410 for an out of season mid week stay in late September? How can they rent a property with this kind of furniture ? It’s really a shame if the property manager.
