Reception was fast, even though they were busy. The nice lady was new, told me so, but I wouldn't have picked up on it otherwise. Also got a good Reco for food.

That the water in this part of NB seems to lather the soap well .. but the soap won't fully rinse off .. took 5 minutes longer to shower as I felt I was still soapy. This isn't the fault of the hotel though.

Facilities, location and staff were excellent

Breakfast was definitely subpar, not like most Bonboy properties

We liked that our room was so clean and it was very quiet as well. We also liked that there were several restaurants to walk to. Breakfast was also nice and there was plenty of space to sit.

This was the favorite hotel we stayed at on a long trip. The room was spacious and very clean. It was nice to have dimmer lights above the beds. Breakfast was great. The pool was warm, and we had a great time swimming. The hotel had a high end feeling without being too expensive.

Decor of hotel was nice.

Front desk attendant, grumpy, didn't greet me when I checked in. Didn't give clear instructions on room location. Pretty much figured it out myself. Asked for either email copy of receipt or printed copy and she never explained or gave one. Took a shower before heading out to meet friends and provided shower amenities in the shower was empty. So it looked as the bottles were not replaced or that it was at one time a luxury amenity. Stopped at the front desk to inquire about the empty bottles and the desk clerk just had her pizza delivered, noticed me approaching the desk and never came back and no other clerk came out of the office to assist. Bad first impression upon arrival, which carried over to my stay here. Found this hotel on Trip Advisor. I will be going over to the site for my feedback as well.
