Bed was comfy our room was clean
No hot breakfast it was just cereal and yogurt the pool was dirty both kids broke out from the water in the pool it was slimy

Staff was great! Very friendly and helpful.
The living room area of the room carpet was not clean and rooms need a refresh. The bedroom was cleaner.

The staff was friendly and accommodatable but the jacuzzi and shower/tub were dirty and there were bed bugs in my room! They got me a full refund but I was highly disappointed as this was my birthday present to myself.

ALOT- Let me preface this that I have NEVER complained about a hotel. I don’t have high expectations as usually it’s just a place to lay our heads and usually have great luck with country inn and suites.
The hotel was run down, never anyone at front desk. Our room was dirty, pull out couch had stains all over and the mattress itself was TERRIBLY thin. The bathtub was badly stained (the whole bottom of it) and dirty! No blankets on the beds and the sheet on one bed had a stain that was 2 feet by 2 feet…GROSSSS!!!!

Dirty floors, pool water was cold, door to the pool would get hooked on rug and remain open. Opened elevator door laundry shoot door was left open. The breakfast food was terrible. They ran out of some foods and nothing to replace it they mopped the floors as ppl were trying to check out and finish breakfast made it very slippery

We had a suite so roomy and private. Breakfast was good.
We had a suite, lots of cupboards and counters and a full size fridge however it was very uncomfortable because there was no table and chairs, if you chose to have snacks or eat the only spot to sit was a 2 seater couch , there was 5 of us. Alot of wasted space having such a large prep area. a small table and chairs would have been better, also we had to request housekeeping, ask for towels and garbage bags. the chlorine was so strong the kids couldn't swim, you couldn't see the bottom of the pool.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent.
The walls are paper thin. We had booked a basic room. We could hear everything going on in the room next to ours. We had just completed day 3 of a road trip and were exhausted and were roomed next to a bunch of loud people looking to party. We asked about switching to another room, and were told we could only switch to an executive suite, which was considerably more expensive, even though we had checked in early and very few people were at the hotel yet. Felt like a scam to get more money out of us, but I ended up upgrading because I just wanted to sleep and quiet and didn't want to listen to yelling and glass clanking all night.

Morning front desk clerk. My first room was filthy, hair and finger nail clipping on the floors. The 2nd room was dirty as well lots of crumbs under bed skirts and dust on headboards
