It was filthy! The property, my room and overall experience was terrible

They booked me a room billed me and the Pendleton Police shut them down for being a nuisance property and operating without a business license. I was given hours to leave and my refund took four days. Incurred additional expenses on taxis more expensive hotel

Room ok - definitely a bit run down - overflowing garbage cans outside the rooms…no blanket or comforter on bed - never got towels for the room

All..everything,mostly the convenience of being in downtown.

Everything about it u go to the front desk to check in u wait 1 hour for someone to get to the front nobody was to be found there was no toilet paper or towels when we got to are room the room stinks

I think it has cheap rooms for people needing a home/place.

I did not feel safe. it smelled like pine sol. There was no one there for me to check in with. finally a cleaning lady (super kind) gave me her master key and I paid in morning. It seemed like there was a lot of meth use. maybe Pendleton is going through a rough patch.

Took about 15 minutes for someone to show up to check us in, when she did show up she looked VERY unprofessional. Was ranting about how bad her past few days have been and couldnt even focus to get us checked in properly, as if she was on a substance. Got to our room and the lady had to bring us towels and toilet paper because there was none. The pillows had stains as well as the shower curtains. The roof above the toilet looked like it was going to fall apart. You could hear people screaming outside in the middle of the night. The carpet was sticky and slightly wet. Beds are super thin and can feel the springs. There was no control for the TV. The pictures online look NOTHING like the hotel itself. Very sketchy and scary place to stay. DO NOT BOOK HERE.
