The desk Clerk Cami was very helpful,polite,was glad to make sure we were comfortable and also reminded us about breakfast and snacks in the lobby. Very informative about directions and where we were located at the motel. 👌☺️❤️

This was our 2nd time to stay here. It's always quiet the staff is friendly the beds are comfortable the breakfast buffet is better than most and the room is larger than.most. I give it a 10.

The ice machine on the 3rd floor didn't work.

The hotel was clean and it accommodated our needs for a one night stay. The breakfast was OK for the average traveler but we are constantly hoping the hotels that offer breakfast will stop serving powdered based eggs and add non-pork meat options for the zillions of travelers who do not eat pork.

The staff was amazing, so sweet both at check in and check out. It was my aunts funeral and they were very kind.

We stayed here for my daughter's All Star Softball tournament and everything was great! The breakfast was so good. The staff were all very nice and helpful! Well definitely stay again

Didn't like them charging me for two rooms when I only one.cheched my account and they had charged me for two rooms.they need to reimburse me are will be filing fraud on them

While the breakfast smelled good as I was checking out, I would not give it a try due to the room conditions I encountered during this visit. My room was horrific! I went straight to sleep without paying attention to the conditions of the room. When I woke up, I walked into the bathroom to turn on the shower and saw a big black spot on the shower wall. I wiped it with a towel, and it would not come off. That is when I saw the buildup on the shower wall. I looked at the sink to find red hair around the top of the sink near where the sink meets the countertop. The corners of the floor around the tub area and behind the toilet were just plain dirty. This is the only time I can think of when I did not take a shower in a hotel! I have stayed at this location in the past with different results.

Everything could have been better. See the question "What did you like". When checking in, the young lady at the desk seemed like I was invading her personal time. Not the "HI, HOW ARE YOU? HOW CAN I HELP YOU?" I am accustomed to when checking in a hotel.

Large bathroom counter. Nice shower head. Quick response from housekeeping for bathtub mat and toilet adjustment. A couple of friendly staff.

The facility is dated and needs remodeling. Back entrance door not locked after hours. Never needed key. A couple of unfriendly staff...weekend.

Staff was polite and prompt. Breakfast was good, and service was on point. This was our second stay here. The first experience was great and brought us back the second time. Second stay…Not as good. SEE BELOW.

The beds were comfy, BUT the pillows were horrible. Too small. Pillows are so important for a really great night’s sleep. Also, my son found 4 HAIRS IN HIS BED. We were pretty disgusted. It looked as if room service had merely made up the bed after the patron before us WITHOUT actually changing the sheets. It was late in the evening, so we did not report it.
